She is an accredited advocacy trainer in the application of the Hampel Method, which is commonly regarded as the single most effective approach to advocacy training and is a member of the North Eastern Circuit’s advocacy training team.
Bronia has significant experience of board-level decision making from her role on the Management Committee of Zenith Chambers and on the Board of Mosaic II, a charity for the survivors of sexual abuse and their families.
Lewis is a highly regarded family law specialist, frequently recommended by industry commentators in both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 directories.
His advocacy skills are recognised as a key strength and he has been described as “a passionate advocate” whose “skills and experience are phenomenal”.
His day-to-day experience of advocacy in the family court brings him into contact with a wide range of child protection and other professionals, their working practices and the need for effective communication and investigative skills.
Frances is a specialist in civil litigation including commercial, chancery and property litigation.
She came to the independent Bar having training in the commercial dispute resolution department of an international law firm.
Frances has a keen interest in, and experience of, the education sector. She is the vice chair of the trust board of Abbey Multi Academy Trust and chair of governors at Lightcliffe Academy. She also acts as an External Examiner for BPTC studies for the Bar Standards Board, the Bar’s professional regulator.
